I love cake!  14 years ago when I graduated from my cake decorating class I ran into a little problem, gluten intolerance.  At that time we did not have the choices we do today. And, even if we did, I love to bake for my family, my friends, and mostly for my son.  I realized if I wanted good cake I’d better get busy figuring out how to convert my favorite recipes to gluten free.  I want to share my successes with you.

Baking isn’t my only hobby.  I also enjoy scrapbooking, that began with the birth of my son, now 18 years old.  I also enjoy cardmaking, and mixed media.  I plan to share some of my creations with you.

As far as the caramel corn, that’s my secret recipe.  I enjoy making caramel corn for my friends as a gift with a nice homemade card to thank them for their kindnesses.  And yes, I always make extra for my guys.
