I made a fun birthday card last month, I was inspired by another creative coach’s creation. I love this adorable set, Stampin UP!’s Balloon Adventures and Balloon Pop-Up Thinlit dies. I used all Stampin UP! cardstock. I actually had planned to cut the balloons out in black cardstock and glue them on, but I decided to color the white cardstock instead with a black marker and go over it with a wink of stella. I used a gold metallic marker. I used gold cardstock and I even had gold envelopes from a project I’d completed earlier. I did not have black and gold sequins that I thought I had, so I used black sequins as well as sequins from the chocolates collection from My Favorite Things.
I received a beautiful handcrafted card from my sweet niece last month. I love that everything she did is of her own creation, no stamps, no fancy equipment, just her and her ink. A true artist. I wanted to share with all of you. Thanks Stacy! Love you!
We just celebrated Valentines Day. And while I also made a more serious card for my husband, this one is by far too cute not to share. I used copic markers, and Stampin’ UP! Cardstock. I used Tim Holtz Glossy Accents for the lenses of the glasses. Wink of Stella on the heart and a heart embellishment. I used Unity Stamp Company’s “The Irony” stamp. Thanks for looking
This is a little behind the season, but I was a little behind in getting my cards out this year. I made this card for all of those that love Pumpkin Spice Latte’s. I used all Stampin’ UP! Product, with the exception of the pumpkin embossing folder, that is a Cuttlebug embossing folder. And an oak leaf punch that I purchased years and years ago at a local scrapbook store. The stamp set and die that I used are Stampin’ UP!’s Merry Cafe and their Coffee Cup Framelits Die. I love Stampin’ UP’s Thick cardstock, and is what I used here. I hope you enjoy looking.
